60m CST Session: $125 (accepting new clients)

60-minute session offering craniosacral therapy (only). This work facilitates the release in the deep fascial tensions that directly impact the central nervous system and keep the superficial fascial layers bound in their current state. CST delivers deep healing in all systems of the body, leading to a deep sense of calm and relaxation. CST is ideal for any client seeking relief from chronic pain and/or fatigue syndromes, autoimmune conditions, anxiety/depression, headaches/migraines, trauma, stress management, and overall wellness and nervous system regulation. These sessions are done fully clothed.

90m Integrated Session: $220 (accepting new female clients only)

90-minute session combining craniosacral therapy with therapeutic bodywork. These sessions combine the power and full-body benefit of craniosacral therapy with a full-body therapeutic massage. These sessions are ideal for clients who need and/or desire the soft tissue manipulation alongside a CST treatment. Sessions typically include 30m of CST and 60m of therapeutic bodywork.

60m Integrated Session: $150 (established clients only)

60-minute session combining craniosacral therapy with therapeutic bodywork. These sessions combine the power and full-body benefit of craniosacral therapy with therapeutic massage to the neck, shoulders and back (primarily). These sessions are ideal for clients who need and/or desire the soft tissue manipulation alongside a CST treatment. Sessions typically include 30m of CST and 30m of therapeutic bodywork.
