All session fees are payable at the time of your appointment by cash or check. If you wish to pay by credit card, you must pay before your session by using the link found in your appointment confirmation or reminder email.

 

60m CST Session: $110 (email for scheduling)

60-minute session offering craniosacral therapy (only). This work facilitates the release in the deep fascial tensions that directly impact the central nervous system and keep the superficial fascial layers bound in their current state. CST is ideal for deep healing in all systems of the body and delivering a state of deep relaxation. These sessions are done fully clothed.

60m Integrated Session: $125 (not currently available)

60-minute session combining craniosacral therapy with therapeutic bodywork. These are NOT full-body bodywork sessions. Sessions typically include 30m of CST and 30m of therapeutic bodywork to the neck, shoulders and back. These are ideal for those seeking focused work to begin opening the body, and for those struggling with chronic pain issues in these areas.

90m Integrated Session: $180 (email for waitlist)

90-minute session combining craniosacral therapy with therapeutic bodywork. These are usually full body bodywork sessions and ideal for individuals with one or more areas of focus needed, or those desiring a full body bodywork session. Sessions typically include 30m of CST and 60m of therapeutic bodywork. This is the most popular session type--where the 'magic' happens!! 

Series Work

For established clients only. Some clients need a period of weekly sessions of focused work to heal, open and integrate the body. These can include a variety of session types over a period of 6 to 12 weekly sessions. Due to scheduling difficulty, please contact me directly if interested to schedule a series.
