Diane is a North Carolina licensed massage and bodywork therapist practicing full-time since 2009. Diane brings to her work as a massage therapist a dedication to compassionate and skillful touch to promote the health and healing in all of her clients. She believes in a holistic approach to mind and body health and that massage and bodywork is one avenue to achieve this. She assists her clients in bringing new awareness to their own body and their own felt experience.

Diane received her education and training in 2009 from the Body Therapy Institute (BTI) in Siler City, North Carolina. Diane is a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP).

Prior to becoming a massage therapist (1992-2008), Diane worked as a research associate evaluating child and family programs in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. She has a BA from the University of Maryland in Sociology and Criminology, and a MA in Criminal Justice from SUNY-Albany. She has been a resident of Chatham County for more than 20 years. When she is not working she enjoys spending quality time with her family, time in nature, playing with her dogs, walking, working out, gardening, hiking and kayaking.
